Jimmy is a visionary executive with extensive experience in quality improvement, production management, cost reduction, and project management. He has consulted with all types of organisations, applying leading-edge quality and productivity principles to achieve world-class quality standards. He has successfully led organisational change as a management consultant, manager, and business executive.
Jimmy founded Teach-Touch Management Consulting Company in 1997, and took over the general manager position in 2000. He is one of the chief consultants of Teach-Touch Consulting Company, and focuses on general control and coordination between consulting projects. He works extensively with companies seeking to improve production efficiency and product quality through advanced technology and better management techniques.
Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Kunming University of Science and Technology. He is the author of the book 100 Q&A of 5S.
Jimmy has extensive hands-on experience of on-site production routines and supply chain management. Before he founded Teach-Touch Consulting Company, he first worked for 6 years as an engineer, and then as department head in charge of contracting and production planning at Bao Steel Group, the famous state owned company listed in the Fortune 500 companies.
Jimmy possesses outstanding ability to co-operate with customers from diverse sectors and with differing needs. This is the product of his extensive experience of providing consulting services, and strong track record of successful project execution.
